The Role

We are seeking an IT System Administrator to elevate our IT team, primarily by delivering exceptional end-user support and enablement in our Dublin office. Your experience in helpdesk management and systems administration will be pivotal to our continued growth and operational efficiency. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide daily operational support and enablement for all of our end users and stakeholders

  • Monitor and manage our help desk, ensuring efficient service delivery within our defined SLAs

  • Maintenance and administration of a variety of SaaS applications including but not limited to OneLogin, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite and JAMF Pro

  • Execute and continually improve our onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with IT projects including identity and access management, device management, as well as the implementation of new systems or tools

  • Develop and conduct user training programmes for new technologies and systems

  • Engage in proactive improvement of automation, security, and processes within the IT Team

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation

What you need to succeed

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years experience as a Systems Administrator with MacOS-based systems

  • 3+ years in a SaaS-centric environment - hyper growth experience desirable

  • Experience working with a ticket-based workflow management like Jira Service Desk

  • Proficiency in SaaS platforms such as OneLogin, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Zoom.

  • Excellent English communication skills and customer service attitude

  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize the workload

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Good networking knowledge

  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)

  • Experience in automation

  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Experience with GDPR & ISO27001
