We are looking for Senior Software Engineers to join our engineering team of passionate and hard working entrepreneurs! Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients to transform healthcare. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

As we grow our tech organization and focus on innovation to empower care teams and patients, we are hiring multiple software engineers. Messaging, booking management, financial software, growth, design systems, performance, database optimization, frontend, backend, fullstack...regardless of your expertise or interest, apply and we will match you with the best opportunity! 

Typical responsibilities include: 
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and build features 
  • Lead and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of applications
  • Bring your expertise and experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality features
  • Improve the performance of key features 
  • Lead the delivery of roadmap items with the team
Most of our positions require:
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer 
  • Experience with one of the following languages: ruby, java, javascript, Go, Rust, TypeScript, node.js, react 
  • Desire to learn, with a proactive, curious, and collaborative approach
  • A “user first” mindset, while building secure and well-tested products 
  • You are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow through pair programming and mentoring
