The Teads Studio Junior Designer works within a team that assists in advertising content creation and adaptation of digital media campaigns. Teads Studio gives clients the tools to create rich, engaging and interactive video formats which can be delivered across a range of devices and also provide a wide range of best practices and data for creative optimisation.
In this particular case, the designer will be based in Delhi, India and will work on campaigns across the SEA market including Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. You will join a larger dynamic team who are based across the APAC market with designers, developers and creative strategists working to get the very best out of client’s assets when activating Teads. The successful candidate will report into the APAC Studio lead based in Singapore.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years media and advertising experience.
What can you expect in this role:
- Create digital formats true to clients brand identity and style guidelines.
- Create compelling, immersive interactive video & display ads for our clients, based on briefs outlined by the client.
- Creating custom solutions for client requirements.
- Generate original and exciting ideas for new or ongoing projects.
- Digest client changes and apply them to creatives.
- Contribute within creative meetings, workshops and proposal responses.
- Communicate with clients on creative concepts and campaign ideation and manage relationships with platforms and partners.
- Support the sales team with Studio resources.
- Work closely with members from all departments, primarily Sales and Customer Experience to gather project specs and deployment procedures.
About You
Priority
- Degree in Graphic Design / Digital Media
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite – well versed particularly in Photoshop and After Effects.
- UI / UX experience.
- Excellent problem solving and resourcefulness.
- Strong communication skills - confident when speaking to internal and external teams.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage SEA projects and communicate with the wider APAC team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid foundations across multiple technologies (Valid HTML, CSS, JS)
- Ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do and eager to exercise creative freedom.
Bonus skills
- Client facing experience.
- CSS and HTML knowledge
- Video compression, editing and 3D effects
- Back End development skills.
- Ability to integrate dynamic content such as RSS Feeds, video, geo location and search API results into a web page or Flash application.
