- You take on projects in test design and automatisation including industrial testing for electronic components and the conception of in-house validation methods
- You challenge current and new designs and provide the team with your knowledge of electronic components, instrumentation, and PCB design
- You closely collaborate with our Software and Mechanical Engineering teams to create the best holistic solutions with the customer in focus
- You involve yourself in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, component validation concepts, and serviceability
- You take part in advancing our department’s structure, processes, and scalability
- You document your technical work, manage your tasks, and share your progress transparently. You plan your projects and supervise their timelines
- You have a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent educational background
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience as an Engineer in a Developer role
- You are aware of what it takes to design and produce a printed circuit board with state-of-the-art eCAD software
- You know your way around electronic debugging, laboratory measurements, and signal analysis
- You have experience with software development or scripting solutions necessary for efficiently testing and debugging electronics
- You know two or moreof the following technologies:
- Embedded computing solutions (eg. ARM-based SoCs)
- Database setup and data visualization
- IoT solutions or smart industry automation
- Basic knowledge of UNIX shell (Bash)
- EMC-optimized PCB design & EMC-related regulatory compliance in electronics
- You take ownership of a part of our design, eg. a test development project
- You take part in the conception of system integration of new technologies
- You share your knowledge and experience of electronics design and establish new processes with the team
- You understand the EGYM product portfolio and technical solutions in hardware
