Mapp Digital is seeking a highly skilled Junior Engineer to work in our 3rd Level Support Team. This critical role involves ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our flagship Mapp Cloud application, which is integral to our clients' digital marketing success. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with diverse teams, including Support Product Owners, DevOps, QA, and Software Engineers, to deliver effective problem resolution.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Mapp Cloud applications, enabling prompt and accurate issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and support for critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal application performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technology trends to continuously enhance support strategies.

• Advanced proficiency in Java and PostgreSQL.
• Strong skills in using and navigating tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Capable of troubleshooting complex software issues in a cloud-based environment.
• Excellent communication abilities, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Qualifications:
