What can you expect?

  • Act as a Talent Acquisition Specialist: As part of active sourcing and direct approach (e.g. via LinkedIn), you identify the best talents (e.g. via Linkedin) and make the initial contact
  • Take on responsibility: conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews independently and manage our applicant database
  • Optimize workflows: Coordinate the entire recruiting process, from the creation of the requirements profile to the selection of personnel and the preparation of offers Build a sustainable pipeline of engineers and IT experts.
  • Generate impact: Create target group-specific job offers and publish them via the appropriate recruiting channels (homepage, job boards, social media)
  • International cooperation with experts: Act as the interface between our applicants and our specialist departments and also support our international recruiting processes
  • Take on administrative activities in the HR department
  • Share and expand your professional expertise: A steep learning curve awaits you through workshops and coaching sessions within your specialist department

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR or comparable qualification - career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome!
  • Initial experience in human resources, active sourcing and recruiting strategies is a plus
  • Independent and structured way of working, persuasiveness and openness to new challenges
  • Enthusiasm and commitment in working with colleagues and applicants
  • Business fluent German and fluent English skills
