YOUR MISSION

Are you ready to shape the future of shopping? Glovo’s Q-Commerce is transforming the retail landscape by integrating a diverse range of shops—from electronics and pharmacies to beauty products, flowers, toys, and video games—into a seamless, convenient, and innovative shopping experience. We're building a dynamic HQ team to revolutionize how consumers purchase their favorite items.

We are looking for a passionate and strategic KAM Manager to join our Retail team in Barcelona, where you will drive and lead the strategic direction across all Glovo markets.

THE JOURNEY

  • Lead the global Account Management team and support the hiring and training of top talent.
  • Develop, lead, and implement department strategies that translate into OKRs for account management, content, and operations across all Retail sub-verticals.
  • Create and deploy tools, processes, and strategies to support local teams in managing top accounts, ensuring the achievement of the OKRs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global retail partners, facilitating negotiations, onboarding, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Analyze data and partner operations to identify opportunities, optimize performance metrics, and develop actionable solutions for enhanced consumer experiences.
  • Gather and translate partner feedback into product, marketing, and operations improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • +6 years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, top consulting firms, top internet firms, FMCG, retail, e-commerce).
  • Driven to build a business from scratch, with a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, and objective and deadline-oriented.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+ people.
  • Understanding of FMCG, retail, and/or e-commerce business, as well as revenue dynamics and drivers.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with openness to communicate with multiple stakeholders in different teams and countries.
  • Results-oriented with ambition that inspires others.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing, delegating, and working well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Decision-making based on data, with the ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and prioritize them effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
