Agencies are critical to the success of our partners on the platform, and we’re looking for an experienced Agency Lead to build and maintain these relationships in the region. You’ll help spread awareness and comprehension of Pinterest Business tools for agencies in new markets. You’ll develop strong agency relationships and work closely to help them get the most out of Pinterests Performance and Banding solutions and meet their clients' business goals. You’ll collaborate on major initiatives, including internally with the sales team and other areas, while being the primary contact for our agency partners in Latin America at the highest level.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish Pinterest as a leading business driving platform for the Agency landscape across Spanish Latin America.
  • Drive incremental and new business revenue through agency relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader for your Agencies.
  • Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners.
  • Continually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partners.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with Agency leadership and important constituencies.
  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of Agency investment, planning, creative, social and research.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform.

What we’re looking for:

  • Availability to meet with agency representatives in Mexico, and availability to travel to Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Miami throughout the year.
  • 8+ years of digital advertising agency experience, working specifically with brand and performance advertising products. Trading experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus.
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability, analytical capacity.
  • An independent, proactive, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
  • Experience working cross functionally with many teams to drive results.
