- Lead Technical Resolution and System Hardening: Lead root-cause analysis efforts for complex hardware escalations and testbed failures, and coordinate analysis efforts at our external partners to support system hardening and customer needs
- Architect Validation Frameworks: Design and implement sophisticated, automated hardware validation ecosystems that redefine how we evaluate partner designs, significantly accelerating time-to-market while maintaining uncompromising quality.
- Collaborate and Influence at Scale: Act as the primary technical liaison between Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Manufacturing to integrate next-generation sub-systems into the Pure portfolio, guiding external vendors from initial concept through sustained production.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Technical Leadership in x86 Architectures: Mastery of hardware design and x86 architectures, with a proven ability to lead the qualification of high-speed interfaces, signal integrity, and functional protocols at an enterprise level.
- Strategic Hardware Development: Demonstrated success in architecting and automating large-scale hardware qualification processes, specifically for x86 subcomponents, NVMe storage, and complex power delivery systems.
