YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a world class and experienced Process owner to join the Order to Cash team within our Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.
The Order to Cash (O2C) Process Owner is responsible for the end-to-end governance, performance, and continuous improvement of the Order to Cash process, from customer order receipt through invoicing, cash collection, and dispute resolution.
This role ensures process efficiency, compliance, data accuracy, and an excellent customer experience while driving standardization and automation across systems and regions.
THE JOURNEY
- Own and manage the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order management, credit management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve global O2C process standards, policies, and controls.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for O2C process performance and compliance.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO, order cycle time, billing accuracy, overdue receivables, and dispute resolution time.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to the O2C process.
- Support customer-facing teams in resolving complex order, billing, or payment issues.
- Own O2C process design within ERP and related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, billing and collection tools) to ensure system changes align with standardized processes.
- Lead or support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, workflow optimization, and reporting enhancements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Finance Operations, or Process Management roles.
- Proven experience as a process owner, process lead, or continuous improvement leader in a complex, global environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and financial controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central) and reporting tools.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) is a plus.
