Get to Know our Team:  

The Customer Experience Group of Agoda effectively serves our customers and partners to ensure satisfying results. This great task is accomplished with the support of our Global Service Vertical team. We serve as the backbone for Customer Experience Group’s global operations. Our team is comprised of project managers, process owners, analysts, and talent management. Together we work nonstop to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer and partner support processes. Working with the Global Service Vertical team is a great opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and develop initiatives with our sister companies and external partners all over the world. We are a very data-driven environment, eager to move fast and learn through experimentation. Job Scope:

  • Leadership Program Design & Implementation: Craft and continuously improve leadership development programs tailored to various leadership roles, from frontline managers to senior executives. Leverage innovative learning strategies, including technology-enhanced and experiential learning methods, to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
  • Workshop Facilitation & Trainer Support: Conduct impactful leadership workshops and equip facilitators with the tools and knowledge to deliver high-quality leadership development sessions.
  • Learning Opportunity Identification & Alignment: Identify key leadership development needs aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with the People Team, Talent Partners, and other stakeholders to uncover and leverage learning opportunities, ensuring initiatives support talent strategies and succession planning.
  • Solution Curating & Content Alignment: Lead the creation of customized leadership development solutions, ensuring content and delivery methods meet internal standards and learning objectives. Optimize learning experiences by integrating in-person sessions with digital platforms, catering to diverse learning preferences and needs.
  • Project Management & Execution: Oversee leadership development projects from inception to completion, employing effective project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Maintain transparent communication regarding progress, adjustments, and decision-making processes.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Implement a robust system for tracking project performance and learning outcomes. Analyze data to gain insights and share findings with key stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in leadership development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership Influence: Shape the overall strategy for leadership development across Agoda CEG, influencing how leadership skills are developed and nurtured from entry-level managers to seasoned executives.
  • Coaching Practice Innovation: Assess and evolve the organization’s coaching ecosystem, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives that enhance coaching effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement: Forge strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders, including People Team, Talent Partners, and leadership, to ensure leadership development efforts are closely aligned with organizational needs and goals.
  • Learning Solution Ownership: Take ownership of designing leadership development interventions for all levels of leadership, securing necessary approvals and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.
  • Project Leadership & Communication: Lead projects with clarity and purpose, ensuring all team members and stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and the rationale behind decisions. Address challenges proactively, fostering an environment of continuous feedback and collaborative problem-solving.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills, with a history of leading complex initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing a diverse stakeholder group.
  • A creative approach to learning and development, with experience in applying technology and innovative methods to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborative and flexible working style, adept at navigating cross-functional teams and projects.

Key Competencies:

  • Problem-Solving:Demonstrated ability to resolve issues effectively, with a focus on Data-Driven Decision-making.
  • Adaptability:Proven experience in successfully navigating projects with undefined parameters or lack of clarity.
  • Communication Skills:Capable of effective verbal and written communication with senior leaders, including presentations during meetings.
  • Team Collaboration and Influence:Ability to collaborate under the #DeliverBetterTogether initiative, involving stakeholders efficiently, and aligning objectives to influence outcomes.
  • Project Management:Basic skills in project management to ensure the successful development and execution of programs.
  • Analytical Collaboration:Experience in effectively collaborating with analysts, particularly in identifying areas requiring coaching or development.
