Learning & Development Program Manager

Role:
In this role, you will manage multiple learning programs and initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on creating impactful, small to moderate-scale programs that meet evolving business needs. You’ll take ownership of these programs from design to delivery, ensuring a seamless learner experience that aligns with the company’s learning brand. This role will also involve administrative oversight, resource management, and ongoing program analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Results:
- Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, including in-person, blended, virtual, and self-paced programs that engage learners and support development goals.
- Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives of low to moderate complexity, from concept through to completion, ensuring a high-quality and impactful experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs, source new learning opportunities, and ensure programs are relevant and strategically aligned.
- Promote and reinforce the company’s learning brand, driving high levels of participant engagement and reinforcing a culture of continuous learning.
- Facilitate learning sessions as needed and support program delivery to various levels across the business.
- Oversee program administration, including resource planning and communications, ensuring operational components are executed effectively.
- Monitor and communicate about program metrics, leveraging insights for ongoing improvement and ensuring all curriculum elements remain accurate, usable, and high-quality.
- Up to 20% travel expectations within the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Relationships:
- Work closely with program stakeholders to deliver impactful employee development programs.
- Partner with internal teams and external sources to conduct research, source content, and support program scoping and development.
- Maintain open, effective communication channels with all stakeholders, updating them on program timelines, changes, and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to analyze program metrics and strategize improvements based on learner feedback and outcomes.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 4+ years in people/leadership development, program management
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Passion for learning and development
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships
- Solid and persuasive verbal, written and consulting communication skills, strong presentation skills
- Anticipates challenges and problems and proactively takes action to address them

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$99,000—$149,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $111,000—$167,000 USDWhat you can look forward to as an Full-Time Okta employee!
