We are seeking a Learning Partner with 3+ years of leadership development experience to join our global team. The Learning Partner will be responsible for facilitating leadership development programs and supporting leadership development strategy activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, delivering and evaluating leadership development programs, and is comfortable facilitating workshops and supporting leadership development activities across Cloudflare. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and facilitate leadership development programs for all levels of leaders from individual contributors to senior audiences
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Leadership Development to develop and implement leadership development strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design effective leadership development programs to meet those needs.
  • Coach and mentor leaders at all levels to support their development goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to leadership development and incorporate those into program design.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support for other learning and development initiatives as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development and/or talent development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective leadership development programs.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (such as Litmos) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • HRBP and talent management experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Certification/accreditation in the following skills are a plus: Insights Discovery, coaching, instructional design
