As the Manager, Account Development Representative at Trustpilot you will be responsible for accelerating new business and expansions pipeline across our mid market and strategic segments in North America. You will manage a team of ADRs and report directly to the Director of Sales, North America. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a team of ADRs to generate qualified meetings with decision makers across the mid market and strategic segments
  • Own and drive execution of pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue produced
  • Develop and execute new strategies for prospecting and outbound efforts that will be scaled across the team
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
  • Attract, hire, develop, and promote world-class ADR talent

Who you are:

  • 1+ years experience in Sales Development Management and/or 2+ years experience working in an ADR role at a B2B SaaS company
  • A passion for leading, coaching and developing talent
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Experience in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of outbound technology and technique (Ex. Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc)
