The Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations Team

As part of Okta’s Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations group, the Planning & Analytics team drives insight and scale within the field organization.  We oversee the analytics that enable our leaders to make data-driven decisions and lay the groundwork for an integrated financial and operational plan.  

The Manager, GTM Planning & Analytics Opportunity

The Manager, GTM Planning & Analytics will be close to the company’s most critical performance data and develop a keen understanding of how Okta acquires revenue.  You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Product Strategy, Product Marketing, Business Operations, and GTM teams to provide them with data & insights to drive product growth and adoption.

What you’ll be doing 

• Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and answer key business questions related to product strategy and marketing
• Monitor key business metrics, initiate and perform deep dives where required and alert business to challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with product strategy to size new product opportunities and support the entire product lifecycle
• Become an expert on how our data is captured as well as how it ties to underlying business processes.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 6+ years working in an operational and analytical capacity
• Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. 
• Experience with Tableau or other analysis/BI tools

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$132,000—$198,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $148,000—$222,000 USD
