Payoneer China is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to define and implement our customer engagement and retention strategy specific to the Greater China region to deliver a material increase in customer activeness and retention. This role will be responsible for tailoring and implementing lifecycle strategies and programs that impact customers’ growth.
Is this you?
Be responsible for the CRM/ Life cycle marketing to drive customer growth.
Customer Journey Mapping - analyzing critical customer touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities through timely and relevant communications.
Driving region specific customer LCM approach, including product usage by cohort, retention rates and customer engagement.
Obsessing about local customer insights and tailoring messaging and distribution channels accordingly.
Owning and optimizing regional specific end-to-end nurturing and lifecycle marketing approach from planning to execution incl. impact forecasting, prioritization, implementation, success measurement and optimization.
A problem solver: excellent analytical problem-solving skills with growth’s mindset and can proactively identify growth areas and drive initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Great orchestration, managing complex processes; Excellent ability to connect people, processes and drive cross-group collaboration.
Not a must but great advantages
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree either in Economics / Marketing / Business (MBA is a plus).
6 - 8 years’ related working experience, ideally in managing lifecycle, cross-sell and up-sell programs.
Experience in payment, financial, and ecommerce industry (either cross border or domestic ecommerce) – a plus.
Experience in B2B CRM or database marketing – a plus.
Strong market insight, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Strong communication skills to be able to comfortable discus concepts & initiatives with cross-functional business teams.
Strong business sense and result driven to drive effectiveness.
Driven, multi-tasking, passionate, and able to build initiative.
Understand key stakeholders’ interest and be able to drive initiative and align to meet business goals.
Fluent written and spoken English is required.
