Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Manager, Merchandising Analytics II at our facility in Boston, Massachusetts, to partner with the business and cross functional teams to generate the insights they need to manage and grow their businesses.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics solutions to provide business insights that guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Perform investigations into data questions and weaving those findings into an effective story to be actionable for business users.
• Proactively monitor customer behavior to identify trends that are sources of opportunity or potential issues, determine root causes, and work with business partners on next steps.
• Telecommuting permitted.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
• Will accept a Master’s degree and 2 years of experience.
• Experience must involve 2 years in the following: analytics to build and analyze data sets;
• writing and manipulating SQL queries to extract and transform data;
• building dashboards and data visualization using Tableau, Excel, and data tools; and
• partnering with Data Engineers and Data Science teams to scope requirements and build scalable data processes;
• 1 year of required experience automating data refresh processes using techniques such as ETL or RPA with tools such as Knime, Python, Visual Basic, or other modes of scheduling and executing data refreshes.
