You will be a core driver of operational excellence in Product Management ensuring the team excels in driving and executing the product vision within their focus areas.To thrive in this position, you should have a solid grasp of the entire LogicMonitor product, be the expert in your product focus, analyze user needs, and align them with various product initiatives. Now is the perfect time to put your thumbprint on the organization offering guidance to your team and collaborating closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and other cross functional teams to enhance our product focus areas with a results-driven approach.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Act as a player-coach
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
- Build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your product feature areas
- Identify key desired outcomes for your product area(s) of ownership
- Act as an SME & answer field questions for your product feature areas
- Regularly summarize and present customer feedback for your product focus areas
- Develop an understanding of the entire LM product with ability to demo the product beyond area of ownership
- Communicate clearly and effectively on the progress through the end to end product lifecycle to all stakeholders involved
- Help maintain and communicate the product roadmap both internally and externally
- Help drive packaging & pricing decisions
- 6+ years of product management experience at a software company
- 2+ years of people management experience - direct or dotted line
- BA/BS or equivalent, MBA, CS, or CE degrees a plus
- Technical aptitude; domain experience in the form of knowledge of the observability industry strongly preferred
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple high priority tasks at once
- Detail oriented, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill it into prioritized, actionable tasks
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify and present meaningful usage metrics used to define product success

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards.
Base Salary Range$130,000—$180,400 USD
