As the Manager of PMO, your primary mission is to oversee the facilitation of Professional Services customer engagements, ensuring that teams successfully implement or optimize LogicMonitor on time, within scope, and on budget.
You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office, which includes recruiting, leading, developing, and motivating both technical and non-technical teams. Your role involves driving success metrics, such as CSAT scores, team utilization, tech hours delivered, and cost of revenue, ensuring accountability to the business.
You’ll need to be comfortable interacting with employees and customers at all levels, including executives and C-suite leaders. If you're highly motivated, passionate about customers, software technology, and problem-solving, and thrive in a team environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you. You'll work closely with the Vice President of Professional Services to monitor project management capacity, project success, and overall team KPIs.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Provide day to day oversight of Project Management Office; Jointly accountable for PS metrics, including financials
- Own PM workflow, methodology and standards (including tools)
- Lead strategic initiatives and operational projects to support the scaling of the PS business
- Ensure smooth transitions and positive Customer Experiences from Sales to Professional Services to Support, including the ability to identify and act on opportunities to advocate for the customer.
- Champion regular professional development and performance feedback for PCs/PMs.
- Serve as project management SME for the team
- Partner with leaders in Sales, CS, and CX Ops to ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination
- Serve as a customer-facing PS representative on strategic accounts
- Monitor delivery of strategic PS engagements and ensures high quality results
- Coordinate global Project Management strategy with local leaders
- Manage team meeting cadences
- Maintain continual improvement process for PMO policies and operations
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 6+ years of working in and managing customer facing teams
- Proven record of running and scaling teams
- Previous experience as a Program or Project Manager
- Ability to manage staffing across geographically-distributed offices.
- Ability to form strong client relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with an ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients.
- Leadership role requiring mixture of technical and business skills, understanding of business value, and recurring revenue models

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Base Salary Range$104,265—$140,000 USD
