The CTO at Red Ventures is hiring a Manager to drive strategic business planning and operational excellence within the technology and data teams at Red Ventures. This is an exciting opportunity with a broad range of responsibilities including providing insights to our leadership team, driving cross functional workstreams, and engaging with our engineering and data teams across the company. 

This highly visible role has a significant impact, supporting a member of the executive leadership team. This role operates from our Fort Mill, SC headquarters on a hybrid schedule (Tues-Thurs are in-office days).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CTO to develop strategic plans, assist in goal setting, and measure impact and performance across business units
  • Work closely with other members of the Senior Leadership team to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to provide actionable insights into the performance of the RV technology organization
  • Collaboration with Technology, Data, Finance, and HR teams to ensure disciplines approach to investment management
  • Provide executive support to the CTO in various capacities such as preparing for meetings, conducting research, and coordinating follow ups
  • Facilitate meetings and events that support team cohesion and alignment 
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets and provide regular updates to the CTO
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

Required

  • At least four years of experience in a quantitative and analytical environment
  • Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization leveraging market standard tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/Pandas, Looker/Tableau)
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of self-awareness
  • Demonstrated project management ability with a track record of leading and executing cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in budget planning and resource management

Preferred:

  • Experience in a technology-driven organization
  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the industry-standard Cloud/SaaS platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Databricks, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and behavior changes through analytical capabilities and data-driven solutions, and the ability to measure and analyze the impact of these solutions
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results
