We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the strategic definition of a new programme within the French market. You will report to the Head of Local Marketing Manager and be based onsite in our Paris office.

What you'll do:

  • Provide recommendations for the launch of our new programme to ensure we achieve our objectives of customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Implement this strategy in France (OOH, DOH, radio, press, VOL, street marketing, CRM, partnerships) in collaboration with the different teams (Marketing, Commercial, Global) and external agencies
  • Manage marketing activities once launched to ensure customer retention
  • Monitor performance of this programme (acquisition / retention / frequency of orders)
  • Monitor the budget

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • 5+ years of experience (excluding internships) in 360° Marketing project management: working as "Brand Manager" or "Product Manager" with close collaboration with commercial teams
  • Previous experience overseeing projects end-to-end: you approach problems creatively, breaking down big goals into manageable, actionable parts. You are comfortable setting clear expectations across different areas of the business and ensure agreement around a common goal.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
