The MongoDB MarketingOps & Analytics team is searching for an organized and detail-oriented operations professional to be the Mops partner and focal contact to the APAC Marketing business teams.

This role will continually enhance the overall go-to-market strategy by leveraging their expertise in system navigation, cross-functional team collaboration, and making insightful recommendations to the team.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Singapore for our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
  • Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
  • Identifying the development needs for streamlining and improving the organization's operations for efficiency and profitability
  • Lead analytical deep dives to understand Regional funnel drivers and opportunities for marketing performance improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations (MOPS) and Sales Operations (SOPS) leads to prioritize and execute strategic projects aligned with MongoDB's go-to-market goals
  • Identify and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items effectively
  • Monitor project processes and deliverables and prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
  • Implement change management processes and train the team on new practices and processes in partnership with Marketing teams
  • Take ownership of the successful execution of established processes
  • Leverage technologies, tools, and data to measure and prove success for the Regional APAC Field Marketing Team
  • Work directly with our Strategic Marketing & Industry and Solutions Marketing teams to help them measure and prove success for their activities and campaigns while continuing to identify areas of opportunity
  • Extract and analyze large data sets to report to deliver meaningful insights
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to develop dashboard roadmaps and define analytical insights and associated capabilities
  • Serve as an authoritative resource on standard metrics, methodologies, and domain knowledge for the marketing organization
  • Manage multiple concurrent MOPS projects from inception to completion, including resource coordination, meetings, and feedback collection for APAC Region
  • Develop project plans based on product briefs, identify appropriate teams and resources required for execution, and ensure accountability across all teams
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of marketing operations or sales experience with a track record of managing various projects, marketing platforms, and channels, including digital
  • An independent thinker and self-starter
  • Stakeholder management in previous experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee projects to completion (project management)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-team stakeholders
Bonus points
  • Proficiency in project management software (Wrike/Jira preferred)
  • Experience with advanced database segmentation
  • SQL or NO-SQL Experience
  • Experience with ideation and creating experiments
  • Previous experience in B2B software industry
