About the job

This position is essential for scaling personalized customer engagement at Twilio, setting high standards by delivering tailored data, timely messaging and innovative product enablement programs.  Reporting to the Manager, Campaign Operations, this position plays a critical role in supporting Twilio’s growth engine and expanding marketing efforts globally. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Design, implement, and optimize Twilio on Twilio marketing use cases and growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
  • Bridge the technical gap between Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations to implement and execute growth strategies effectively at scale.
  • As the SME, leverage technical expertise to advise on the integration of new data fields, Market capabilities, and other relevant marketing technology tooling.
  • Use data-driven approaches to understand customer behavior and identify new opportunities for the Growth Marketing team. 
  • Monitor and understand system changes, tracking metrics, and data updates that impact growth campaigns.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Global leads against company OKRs by working closely with the Growth, MSA and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Implement and maintain a concrete roadmap of testing proposals, limiting the number of tests, validating hypotheses and ensuring focused collaboration.

Required:

Strong technical background with experience in marketing operations. Knowledge of market capabilities and data integration. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to growth planning. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Market Certified Expert are advantageous.

Location

This role will be remote, residing within the US. Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $102,160 to $127,700  
  • Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $108,160 - $135,200
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $120,160 - $150,200
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
