Are you ready to dive into the digital deep end? As a Marketing Science Analyst at Critical Mass, you'll be the data detective for an Automotive OEM brand, turning numbers into narratives and driving digital experiences to new heights. If you have a passion for data, a flair for storytelling, and a knack for uncovering insights that make a difference, this role is for you. Join us, and let’s turbocharge our client’s customer experiences.

You Will:

  • Lead the analysis of digital data using Adobe Analytics to track website and mobile app performance
  • Investigate voice of customer data from surveys and app store responses, turning feedback into actionable insights
  • Create engaging and interactive data visualizations that make numbers dance and insights sing
  • Use analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to create interactive and compelling dashboards and reports that provide clients actionable insights
  • Use storytelling techniques to present your findings in a compelling and understandable way
  • Conduct journey analysis to map out customer experiences and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that help improve our client's digital experiences
  • Implement and manage tags using platforms like GTM and Adobe Launch
  • Engage with clients across multiple business units, making a significant impact through your insights
  • Implement A/B tests to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other disciplines including Creative, Tech, UX, and Strategy
  • Create measurement strategies for campaigns and digital experiences

You Have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business—anything that made you fall in love with numbers)
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (you know your bounce rate from your conversion rate)
  • Familiarity with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch—you’re the tag whisperer)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (because even the most brilliant insights are useless if you can’t share them)
  • Experience with data visualization programs like Tableau (you can turn a spreadsheet into a masterpiece)
  • Familiarity with programming languages like R and Python (you speak data's native tongue)
