About the Role:We are seeking a Material Certificates Inspector. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of material certification documents provided by our manufacturing partners. Your keen eye for detail and expertise in regulatory standards will help maintain the highest levels of quality assurance and compliance across our global supply chain.
Functional responsibilities Key Responsibilities:- Verify material certification documents from manufacturing partners for compliance with industry and company standards.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and certification requirements.
- Cross-check material specifications, test reports, and compliance certificates against predefined guidelines.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify discrepancies and obtain missing documentation.
- Maintain precise records of all verified material certificates.
- Speaks and writes fluently in English (B2+ or higher) for effective business communication.
- Has an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex technical documentation with accuracy.
- Is highly organized and capable of managing large amounts of documentation and records.
- Communicates effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to tackle unique challenges beyond standard procedures.
- Is available for urgent matters outside business hours (paid).
- Is excited to work in a rapidly growing company and contribute to process automation and efficiency.
