The Global Scaled Measurement team is focused on upskilling and enabling internal & external stakeholders on deploying effective and strategic measurement strategies. We do so by developing and delivering measurement thought leadership, by providing measurement education internally and externally, by supporting the got-to-market strategy of measurement research insights, and by bringing about improvements in our measurement ways of working and resources.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver our Global Measurement Education strategy 
  • Manage independent & team-based projects to deliver high-quality measurement content in a timely-fashion
  • Create and deliver measurement educational content (e.g. videos, webinars, interactive training modules, resources, etc.)  
  • Communicate goals & project updates effectively to Measurement Leadership and their teams 
  • Partner with Product & Product Marketing teams to develop Measurement POVs on new products
  • Collaborate within our team on thought leadership, measurement narratives, and ways of working ideation

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in Ads Measurement, Digital Marketing, or Adtech
  • Understanding of various measurement methodologies (attribution modeling, brand lift, conversion lift, econometry, etc.)
  • Understanding of the measurement & ads privacy landscape and its impact on advertising strategies
  • Experience manipulating complex datasets to identify patterns and turn them into learnings
  • Experience in partnering with diverse XFN teams to deliver projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
