You will:

  • Develop, execute, and present digital media plans (inclusive of direct & programmatic buys)
  • Oversee partner communication, RFP process, plan negotiations and proposal evaluation
  • Participate in client presentations and providing insight into digital recommendations
  • Lead Planners/Associate Planners in buy execution and career development
  • Work with Associate Director to devise complementary digital strategies inclusive direct & programmatic buys
  • Support Associate Director with client requests, plan changes, and digital marketplace POVs
  • Work with planning team to ensure digital plans are on strategy and budget
  • Partner with Marketing Science to analyze campaigns and recommend optimizations to maximize campaign performance
  • Maintain an innovation mindset to ensure that plans capitalize on emerging digital trends
  • Perform in-depth digital audience analysis including analyzing site information and demographics particular to client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with media publishers and internal agency counterparts
  • Demonstrate problem solving and intervention when necessary
  • Knowledge-sharing with all team members for best practices

You have:

  • Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; or equivalent professional work experience
  • 4+ years of related work experience; inclusive of national TV planning and buying
  • Strong mathematic and analytical skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of media consumptions habits across traditional and connected TV/OTT
  • Solid understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Technical proficiency with DSP (DV360, TTD, etc) Prisma, DV, IAS, DCM, and Microsoft Suite
  • Interest in automotive a plus
