YOUR MISSION

Take full ownership of MFC operational performance and expansion, leading store teams and strategic projects to achieve significant growth and profitability.

THE JOURNEY

• Be the owner of MFCs KZ P&L.
• Manage the MFC network (2+ stores).
• Manage a team of Store Managers. Hire, train, and mentor all the Team Members.
• Continuously facilitate analysis and dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.
• Develop MFCs business model with a 360º mindset.
• Work with a cross-functional team (Operations, CatMan, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution.
• Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Min of 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (operations, consulting, FMCG, etc.).
• Ability and experience to manage large work teams and lead changes.
• A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary. 
• You've got good judgment but own up to your mistakes.
• You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
• You're highly agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• You are always respectful, kind, and fair. All of your reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader.
• You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others.
• You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, are always pushing for things to happen, and are objective and deadline-oriented.
• You’ve great communication skills, and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. English communication is a must.
