As a Product Manager at Betsson Group, you will play a pivotal role within our Product Development department, focusing on our Mobile Applications. Betsson aims to build the best mobile customer experience in the gaming industry, delighting customers with innovative products that deliver business value.

In this capacity, you will work in a dynamic product team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather customer feedback and market information, to define, organise, and prioritise requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass taking ownership of multiple customer journeys and/or capabilities within our Mobile apps, spearheading the delivery of new functionality and enhancements to existing features. This will entail close collaboration with other development teams and active engagement with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.

A taster of what you will be involved with 
  • Working closely with the Head of the area and other product managers to define strategy and work towards Betsson Group’s vision of providing the best customer experience in the industry.
  • Contribute to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the engineering teams.
  • Prioritizing a product initiative roadmap to deliver excellent customer experiences, business value, technical excellence and operational efficiencies.
  • Analysing customer feedback to determine customer problems and identify opportunities to create new features and incremental improvements to improve the customer experience.
  • Conducting product, market and customer research, working with insights teams and designers to validate ideas.
  • Partnering with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to define the customer experience, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Aligning with business stakeholders on marketing readiness, launch planning and commercial opportunities.
  • Analysing improvements and deliverables retrospectively to evaluate the impact on business KPIs.
  • Traveling occasionally to meet team members in various offices.

 

Good if You Have:
  • Being product and data-driven – having a good understanding of what our customers expect from our products, how it is performing, and how to improve them continuously.
  • Being commercially aware – can demonstrate experience working on revenue generating customer products in competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with functional and non-functional KPIs. Can establish, track and report on success criteria and target metrics.
  • Shipping products and functionalities by partnering with engineers, designers, and other product leaders.
  • Problem-solving using data- and hypothesis-driven approaches.
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with best practice design thinking.
  • Being app focussed, with experience from working on mobile applications in igaming or adjacent consumer facing domain with transactional elements.
  • Being accountable with a strong sense of ownership and a passion to deliver brilliant products.
  • Analysing legal and regulatory requirements to ensure product compliance. 
  • Giving demos and presentations to a broad audience
  • Communicating and negotiating with stakeholders of various backgrounds
  • Working with cross-functional distributed teams.
  • Experience with Agile based methodologies.  
  • Working in a fast-paced industry, where there are several moving targets and flexibility is expected.
  • Understanding the iGaming industry and customer behaviours.
