  • Monitoring NOC operations for overall availability of timely report and resolution of issues as per allocated service levels
  • Experience on Linux/Windows servers, network devices monitoring.
  • Administration and management of Solarwinds and Azure monitor
  • Monitor live Servers, core servers and network devices, websites and URLs
  • Work as a central point of contact for all technical support teams and provide information for on-going incidents alert.
  • Escalate any inconsistencies in the monitoring environment.
  • Basic understanding of Networking in a telecommunications environment.
  • Manage client escalations within SLAs defined in the team's standard operating procedures.
  • Create custom reports for clients
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for KPIs
  • Adapt and adhere to revised professional standards and processes to ensure consistency and common practice for all NOC monitoring / escalations.

  • Experience on SolarWinds modules, Azure monitor and various monitoring applications.
  • Good hands-on skills on ticketing tools
