✅The Role

As an onboarding specialist, you will be playing an important role in getting our new clients aligned and comfortable with our software and team in a smooth and efficient way. 

You will be the first person in the organization to work with brand owners across a variety of industries to identify their requirements, find the best approaches to solving their challenges, and set them up for success with Corsearch from the very beginning. 

You will work with different departments and use your business and legal knowledge to successfully get new clients onboard.

 

 

✅What will your day in the office look like?

A typical day for an onboarding specialist includes communicating with the clients who are currently in the onboarding process to establish the requirements, priorities, and scopes of their projects and to collect any necessary documents. It also includes providing legal and practical brand protection advice to our clients. 

You will be working with colleagues and partners from different departments and backgrounds to set up the projects and resolve any custom requirements, issues or questions.

  • Great communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is a big plus
  • In-depth IP knowledge is highly valued
  • It would be great if you have experience in a similar role, working for a SaaS company
