Toast is driven by building the all-in-one restaurant platform that helps restaurants operate their business, increase sales, engage guests, and keep employees happy. The New Hire Success Specialist will manage the day-to-day processes of onboarding new Toasters in Europe. From offer letters through their first 90 days at Toast, this person will help guide and equip new Toasters to ensure they’re set up for success from the start. This is a hybrid role located in Dublin, Ireland.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Manage new hire communications for our locations in Europe
• Coordinate & host virtual and live orientation segments
• Cultivate connections among new hires & act as an ambassador for Toast culture
• Act as a first point of contact for any new hire questions
• Collaborate with other People teams (People Operations, Benefits, Workplace Experience, IT, etc.) to provide seamless onboarding experience
• Coordinate and train speakers and presenters
