What You Will Be Doing:• Collect, process, and analyze data from internal systems and external databases to identify trends, patterns, and insights.• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to the OpEx team and wider business.• Ensure that data used and shared with the team is accurate and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.• Build data pipelines and queries to create quick and improved access to data for analysis.• Lead and support continuous improvement Yellow Belt projects, identifying opportunities and updating stakeholders on progress.• Use lean methods and structured problem-solving to facilitate improvement within the business.• Collaborate with teams globally, internally, and cross-functionally to identify resolutions and share best practices.• Provide support and coaching to team members regarding data-related needs and solving data problems.   Who You Are:• You hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.• You have proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and Project delivery.• You are proficient in SQL (preferably cloud based eg. Databricks / Snowflake) and Excel/Google Sheets• You have experience in dashboard design and visualization tools e.g. Tableau• You possess strong communication skills, able to explain complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• You demonstrate analytical and critical thinking, with knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling.

Location: The  Windmill, Spondon, Derby

Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, hybrid working model of 3 days in the office
