About The Team:

The Operational Excellence team is responsible for driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout HelloFresh's operation, whilst also supporting the team to drive KPIs on a day-to-day basis. A data-driven team who exemplifies the HelloFresh attitude of an egoless environment and learning never stops!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead, develop and inspire a team to effectively identify and implement impacting projects, driving a culture of operational excellence
• Support in developing operational excellence tools and systems to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and deliver projects to increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce waste & cost
• Lead and support the deployment of cost deployment and other structured approaches to identifying improvement opportunities
• Lead the implementation of the structured approach to problem solving (DMAIC, 5Why’s, Cause & Effect diagrams, availability reduction techniques) as well as tracking and reporting processes.
• Collaborate internally, cross-functionally and internationally, at all levels, to share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Role model the behaviours of an Operational Excellence Leader. Living and breathing the company's DNA and our teams FRESH values (Fun Respect Enthusiasm Simplicity Honesty). 
• Support in ensuring enterprise alignment, enabling OKRs and driving business values

Who You Are:

• You have significant experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence, being able to demonstrate:
• Leading cross functional change
• Influencing senior stakeholders
• Lean Six Sigma Methodology
• Coaching operational excellence tools and systems
• Leading high performance teams
• Preferably Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified with knowledge of World Class Manufacturing
• You thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments and relish a challenge
• You enjoy supporting others development and find opportunities to upskill colleagues
• You pride yourself on being a dependable team player, who gets things done

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
