YOUR MISSION

As an Operations Analyst you will work on the Regional forecasting function (supply & demand balance). This role will require a mix of operations, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges. THE JOURNEY

  • Execute forecasts at a city level in SEE (South East Europe), being the owner of the process. 
  • Coordinate with the different countries and cities in order to understand key insights about local markets. 
  • Align with each Local Operations owner the strategy in the country, and enable it by managing the demand and supply balance (rider availability)
  • Perform country and city analysis to come up with insights to help to improve the forecast's accuracy.
  • You will combine advanced analytical data insights with business understanding and market knowledge.
  • Work very close with local teams, to ensure the best in class operations in the region.
  • Implement and standardize analytical processes, and playbooks to ensure quality in Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or in similar roles
  • 2+ years experience in a supply/demand planning position. Experience in Operations is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Data-driven decision-making is a must.
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL 
  • Ability to manage the big picture, and the smallest details. You're always on top of your deadlines and an organization freak.
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • Fluent English Level
