What skills do I need?

  • Bias for action, flexibility, adaptability, and good time management skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move things around
  • Demonstrated ability to independently carry out and present projects to the team and company
  • Nice to have: Atlassian Suite and/or Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Operations team with both priorities in service of the organization, and day-to-day HQ office space management
  • Troubleshooting issues, other office related projects (build, move and set up stuff around HQ)
  • Keeping the space organized, clean, stocked
  • Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox and respond to requests
  • Manage inventory, ordering for snacks, food, and other office supplies
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and packages
  • Supporting overall employee workplace experience and culture (town halls, culture events, happy hour, etc)
  • Support with hardware fulfillment at Tulip
