THE JOURNEY

  • Lead the team with strong leadership skills, vision and strategy
  • Together with the team build and maintain strong relationship with the logistics partners through strategic thinking
  • Work on growing logistics partners by offering them support and guidance from our knowledge base 
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Glover lifecycle through out-of-the-box thinking
  • Be responsible for tracking and implementing solutions to improve courier acquisition, courier funnel performance, courier onboarding excellence, newbies quality, retention and explore new acquisition channels,  and many more from data perspective. 
  • Work closely with regional team, giving visibility on all the topics related to supply acquisition and retention and raising issues, concerns, reaching out for help 
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. 
  • Ensure our supply is balanced, operating each lever available in a controlled and data-driven way
  • Staying on top of market trends, benchmark competition, be aware of each change that is happens in the labor market 
  • Have a blank page for you to create! We don't stick to a single playbook, and we expect you to build your own as the business and market evolves.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering, Project Management or similar
  • Experience in leading team, with priority on team growth and learning 
  • Proactive approach, great organizational skills and obsession with details
  • Stakeholder management skills, growing partners and improving their performance 
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Passion about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker and/or Qlikview
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
