About the role

As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role as the supply chain point of contact for European offices. You will be responsible for the product development operations and manufacturing of all in-territory and assigned global SKUs to meet Crunchyroll's high standards of collectible releases.

You will:

  • Manage the Global release schedule and territory specific releases in conjunction with Sales and Product Development teams, ensuring workability and timing are met to expectation.
  • Manage and coordinate multi-territory shared Home Entertainment master orders and licensor direct-delivered masters for the territory specific business.
  • Manage Print Partner relationships and ensure accuracy and timely in-plant delivery of all standard and limited edition new release packaging components.
  • Review and approval of packaging art for territory specific and assigned global releases to ensure content accuracy and art deliverables are to specification.
  • Manage the BOM (Bill of Materials) process with the plant for all SKUs to ensure clear instructions are developed for each SKU build following the vision of the Creative and Product Management teams, for accuracy and in-territory standards and specifications.
  • Provide clear direction to the plants on the timing of new releases along with providing print and manufacturing purchase order volumes based on Sales and Product Management projections.
  • Initiate and continue ongoing analysis for standard operating procedures to ensure most efficient and cost-effective means are recommended and taken immediately.

In the role of Operations Manager, you will report into the Global Operations Manager based in the US. We are considering applicants for the location of London, England (this is a hybrid position).

About You

  • You have a BA/BSc degree
  • You have 8+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Excel required along with a high proficiency in Google Suite
  • You're able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing deadlines
  • You have knowledge of building Home Entertainment (DVD, Blu-ray, 4K UHD) products
  • You are passionate about entertainment, animation, Japanese Anime, and pop culture
  • You have a working knowledge of Japanese, French, and/or German languages (a plus)
