About the role:

Location: 110 Spadina Ave

Schedule: Thursday to Monday, 9am - 5pm

HelloFresh Canada is looking for an Order Management Specialist to lead improvements in customer order data flow and support the Operations team in using the most up-to-date data to make better decisions. Reporting into Manager, Demand Planning & Order Management, you will work cross-functionally to strengthen our planning process and drive supply chain optimization. This is a key role with significant impact on all areas of the business. 

You will:

  • Ensure continuity and accuracy of information flow through the data pipeline from customer order placement to outbound delivery
  • Process order and delivery lists and facilitate communication of information to all stakeholders
  • Maintain resource/reference files and update existing tools on a weekly basis
  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports on Demand Planning team KPIs (including but not limited to forecast accuracy KPIs)
  • Work with Supply Planning, Procurement Operations, Production, and Outbound Logistics to plan optimal resources to fulfill demand over short-term (1-2 weeks) horizon
  • Be a data champion for the Planning team; support in automating processes, performing complex analysis, and providing meaningful and actionable insights to improve performance

You have/are: 

  • 2 - 3 year of relevant supply chain experience in order management, demand planning, supply planning or similar roles 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Proficiency in computer applications/ software (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau) complemented with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. You’re used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment
  • Driven and self-motivated - you will be making a meaningful difference in our business and the lives of our employees and customers
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments, while being able to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines
