Paid Growth Marketing Manager (all genders)
The opportunity
As a Paid Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the demand generation activities for the corporate market to inspire and lead people to an active and healthy life. This role is global, with an impact on all Urban Sports Club markets across Europe.
Your responsibilities- Create, execute, and report multiple campaigns across B2B-specific paid marketing channels (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Outbrain, Taboola, DEM & etc.) with an account-first approach
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define an omnichannel strategy targeting the ICP
- Work closely with the local market teams to define, create, and manage campaigns, brainstorm and plan future actions
- Carry out competitor analysis regularly for strategy adaptation across the various markets
- Ability to efficiently implement A/B tests and best practices for campaign optimization (personalization, segmentation, targeting, conversion, and cost), including landing pages
- Research and be up to date on product updates in digital marketing, user behaviour changes, and social media trends
- Work closely with the brand and design team to handle creative briefings and ad hoc requests
- You have at least 3+ years of experience in paid growth marketing with a focus on Saas or B2B and Lead Generation
- You have extensive experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta, LinkedIn, content syndication platforms (Outbrain, Taboola), and marketing automation tools (Hubspot and similar) is a plus
- You have negotiated directly with publishers and vendors/agencies for sponsoring/display opportunities (mainly CPL, but also CPM, CPC, time-based…)
- You look ahead, create opportunities, come up with solutions, bring ideas to life, and get things done
- You know how to plan, set up, and complete significant A/B tests with clear applicable results
- You have an operational understanding of tracking and analytical tools
- You can manage several projects from start to end, across several stakeholders with varying levels of involvement
- You thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and are quick to adapt to changes
- You are a great communicator with a positive attitude to problem-solving
- You are highly proactive, well-organised, analytical and have excellent Excel skills
- You are fluent in English and either Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese or French.
