Role: Paid Media Manager (Permanent)
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (2 Days a week from our Chiswick Offices)
About the role:
We're searching for a dynamic Paid Media Manager to join our UK team on a permanent babis. The primary purpose of this role is to manage digital paid media activities from set up to full campaign management, optimisation and reporting ( Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and more).
What you will be doing:- Work in collaboration with brand strategy, creative and brand teams to deliver best-in-class performance and paid media campaigns.
- Great at building relationships and simplifying media plans and strategy to multiple stakeholders with different knowledge levels.
- Building campaign plans and media guidance that identify platforms and audiences that align with client briefs, allocate budgets in line with these and deliver against client objectives
- Performing in a client-facing role, one that requires plans, trends and results to be delivered in a clear and insightful manner that all stakeholders can relate to
- Be responsible for end-to-end process of campaign delivery from set-up to full campaign management, optimisations, reporting in addition to the insights and actions that progress campaigns
- Lead marketing automation efforts to run campaigns efficiently and improve ROI using AI where relevant
- Conceptualise structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance such as audiences, formats/creatives and bid strategies
- Ensure all media plans uphold global media standards, creating effective media plans without sacrificing the creative
- Create frameworks for keywords, targeting, ad copy, visual assets and other variables to improve the performance of campaigns
- Working with client web teams in the setting up and implementation of campaign tracking solutions
- Make regular recommendations based on best practices, trends, and performance
- Create paid media measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPIs
- Assist in the utilisation of marketing technologies to help the brands to create dashboards for campaigns, analyse performance reports, identify learnings and report back to the in-house creative team
- Stay up to date with the latest industry innovations and ad technology and be the first to test relevant tools and ad formats
- Support ad hoc marketing projects such as marketing attribution, geo-split testing, marketing tech tool evaluation, automation and business intelligence
- Act as an ambassador for data and performance across the group, showcasing the value it can add to creative, content and experiences.
- Foster collaboration across our global network of data and performance practitioners, embedding best practice, continued learning and development
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in paid social (Facebook & Instagram a must, but additional platforms also preferred) and client servicing position.
- Experience of Google Analytics preferred
- Confident at putting together presentations for clients and presenting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environments
- Collaborative team player, open-minded
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills that enable to use data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
- Self-starter and proactive in channel growing and meeting targets / KPIs
- A team player who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Self-motivated – demonstrates tenacity, resilience, strives to deliver results
