What you'll do

Cloudflare is looking for a paid search practitioner who has a proven track record of understanding and working with global paid search account structures to drive measurable impact on pipeline creation and closed-won revenue. This person will work in conjunction with the paid media manager to execute on routine optimizations, new launches, testing, and reporting. 

About the role

The Paid Search Specialist is accountable for successfully executing the EMEA paid search strategy across a portfolio of products, regional accounts and campaigns. This role will work in conjunction with internal teams across the company to execute an industry-leading paid search program in multiple languages. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support global paid search campaigns, including but not limited to campaign setup, strategy development, organization, and management for Cloudflare’s global enterprise campaigns. 
  • Daily use of paid search platforms, reporting, analytics, and trend tools.
  • Campaign optimization: keyword and search term management, ad copy creation and testing, landing page testing, and bid and budget management.
  • Partner with the regional digital marketing team leads to understand requirements, challenges and ongoing resource requirements and create solutions at a global level across multiple languages.
  • Collaborate with globalisation team and local teams for asset translation and optimization of localised campaigns
  • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results on a weekly/quarterly/ad hoc basis.
  • Campaign budget allocation & monitoring to ensure proper pacing and efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate insights and trends based on campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years working with paid search channels including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ideally within B2B
  • Deep experience working directly within paid search advertising accounts with a keen eye for detail at executing bulk changes
  • Ability to determine, understand and set up bid strategies that incorporate multi layers of data to drive engaged, high quality leads
  • Experience applying testing methodologies to support ongoing improvement and evolution of search campaigns
  • Experience optimizing to multiple conversion points within the B2B buying cycle
  • Experience working with enterprise paid search optimization platforms such as Search Ads 360, Marin Software or Skai a plus
  • Experience developing presentation decks summarizing key insights and recommendations
  • Excellent planning, project management, prioritization skills
  • Strong data-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Additional languages a bonus: French, German, Spanish
