The Team:Our Partner Management team plays a crucial role in driving our growth strategy, with the goal of placing the Celonis Execution Management System on every consultant’s laptop and maximizing the value our clients derive from our technology through a robust partner ecosystem. In the DACH market, building and expanding this ecosystem is a top priority as both our partners and customers increasingly invest in our solutions.

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our team and take the lead in developing our ecosystem strategy and managing regional partnerships. As the first person on the ground, you will be instrumental in shaping our presence and driving our success in the DACH region.                           

The Role: 

As the RSI Partner Manager for the DACH region, you will report directly to the Head of Partner Management for D/A/CH. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve revenue targets within the DACH region by strengthening and expanding our existing partnerships. This role involves managing ongoing joint sales efforts and extending these partnerships into new service lines and industry verticals.

Key duties include collaborating with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business plan for the DACH region, identifying target verticals and solutions, driving incremental revenue, and leading joint technology and service initiatives. You will also be responsible for facilitating partner enablement and joint lead-generation activities. In close collaboration with the DACH Sales team, you will work to achieve shared goals and objectives, ensuring successful outcomes from our partnerships.

Job Functions 

Support Partner Go-to-Market Activities: Assist partners in their go-to-market efforts, including business planning, pipeline development, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and coordinating marketing and sales activities across various go-to-market strategies.

Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for the DACH market to meet sales targets, focusing on both “influenced revenue” through co-selling and direct revenue.

Manage Partner Relationships: Ensure the successful execution of partner business plans by fostering and managing relationships across multiple functional areas within partnerships.

Plan and Manage Go-to-Market Initiatives: Lead go-to-market initiatives in the DACH region, coordinating with other Celonis departments as needed to support market and partner enablement activities.

Build and Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Organize and Execute Partner Events: Plan and execute events designed to engage and support our partner community.

Pitch Celonis Value Proposition: Present the value proposition of Celonis partnerships to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.

Ensure Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on joint account pursuits.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales, or business development.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to inspire and engage others while cultivating strong, lasting relationships.

Strategic and Operational Excellence: Capable of developing a comprehensive strategy and effectively handling day-to-day tasks to drive partnership growth.

Sales-Driven and Collaborative: Possess a strong sales mindset with a team-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.

Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling up to 25% within the DACH region.
