The AMER Partner Marketing Manager, will be responsible for driving regional expansion and deal acceleration via GTM engagements planning and execution with top partners across the region. You’ll work with the Field Marketing team, Global Partner Marketing team, Partner Specialists and Sales to ensure we amplify MongoDB voice, footprint and adoption with all types of partners.

The role will directly report into the Sr. Director Partner Marketing, and will be a dotted line to Director of Field Marketing, AMER.

Position Expectations
  • Develop regional partner marketing strategy and GTM engagements to drive growth and adoption of MongoDB Atlas across AMER
  • Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with global cross-functional teams across both MongoDB and partner ecosystem
  • Align with key partner thought leadership initiatives to drive demand and market awareness
  • Oversee the development of AMER specific jointly produced digital content to include infographics, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and podcasts together with partners 
  • Develop joint social media strategy, including regular blogs and social posts, increasing brand engagement for both MongoDB and partners 
  • Manage in-person joint events together with Field Marketing team, including promotional materials and on the ground support
  • Analyze market and company data alongside partner strategies to define opportunities, audiences, objectives, threats, and priorities 
  • Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and set up processes to effectively measure outcomes
  • Manage regional partner marketing program budget
Requirements 
  • 4+ years of partner marketing experience and marketing experience in a enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Experience with field marketing and/or developer marketing a plus
  • Highly results driven with outstanding analytical ability. Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show Return on Investment (ROI) by tracking results from co-marketing activity against budget
  • Experience working cross functionally and regionally 
  • Very strong written and verbal communications skills. Must have extensive experience in creating marketing content with a preferred emphasis on partner co-authored content (joint blogs, win wires, proposals, etc.)
  • Expertise with CRM and Marketing Automation systems such as, Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, and Cloud marketplaces
  • Budget management and MDF programs
  • Good humor and positive, can-do attitude is required
  • 15% travel to AMER markets

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:$70,000—$138,000 USD
