- Own fully the Onboarding strategy of our partners (Around +50.000 partners /year), ensuring the path to make this process scalable and top-quality.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues from other teams to ensure this vision is achieved.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities, and ideate the required solutions.
- Define the right metrics to understand the success of each of them.
- Be comfortable adopting a hands-on approach.

- Assess and minimize risks in advance.
- Make things happen.
- University degree in Engineering, Business administration, or related majors.
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting firms, top digital product firms), especially in Customer Experience / Support.
- Experience in leading projects end to end.
- You’re results-oriented. You have an ambition that inspires others.
- You make decisions based on data, breaking complex problems into smaller ones, and prioritizing them effectively.
- You have strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing, delegating, and working well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action. You make things happen.
- You’re able to find smart and elegant solutions to complex problems.
- You are always empathetic, inclusive, respectful, and fair.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Great team player
- Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, and Google Data Studio is a plus
- Experience with SQL, Python is a plus
