And this is where your ride starts.   YOUR MISSION We are looking for a Global Partners Onboarding Associate Project Manager based in Barcelona who will lead the strategy and execution of the onboarding of the partners in our platform, which is a key process for the business.    THE JOURNEY You will join a dynamic and fast-growing operation. The Content Operations department is responsible for ensuring excellence in the onboarding of our partners, taking care of their first days in Glovo, and ensuring excellence in the content they upload to our platform once they are active.   Once in the role, you will be directly responsible for building good relationships between our partners and Glovo from day one. You will achieve this by leading a cross-functional execution, collaborating with multiple departments that interact with the Partner (Operations/Commercial-wise).    Assessing opportunities in the current process, defining priorities, planning, and executing with excellence while meeting challenging deadlines are key aspects of the position. For each prioritized project, defining its scope, team, and resources and managing stakeholders to achieve successful results will be needed.   The main focus of the role will be achieving a best-in-class partner onboarding process ensuring the post-onboarding performance of thousands of Partners who use Glovo in all the countries in which we operate. The role entails understanding all the touch points of the current partner life cycle and being able to identify pain points, root causes and solutions to be implemented. Ownership and responsibilities will be given to you from day one.    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Own fully the Onboarding strategy of our partners (Around +50.000 partners /year), ensuring the path to make this process scalable and top-quality.
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues from other teams to ensure this vision is achieved.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities, and ideate the required solutions.
  • Define the right metrics to understand the success of each of them.
  • Be comfortable adopting a hands-on approach.
  • Be curious, proactive, and positive.
  • Assess and minimize risks in advance.
  • Make things happen.
YOU HAVE:
  • University degree in Engineering, Business administration, or related majors.
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting firms, top digital product firms), especially in Customer Experience / Support.
  • Experience in leading projects end to end.
  • You’re results-oriented. You have an ambition that inspires others.
  • You make decisions based on data, breaking complex problems into smaller ones, and prioritizing them effectively.
  • You have strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing, delegating, and working well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action. You make things happen.
  • You’re able to find smart and elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • You are always empathetic, inclusive, respectful, and fair. 
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Great team player
  • Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, and Google Data Studio is a plus
  • Experience with SQL, Python is a plus
