YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for supporting the Portugal Partner Operations team with insightful operational analysis. Your mission will be to deep dive into data to identify patterns, devise action plans to improve operations, and enhance our data visibility by creating/revamping dashboards.
THE JOURNEY
- Provide analytical support to the Partner Operations team in Lisbon.
- Analyze data to identify and create action plans to tackle fraudulent patterns among different stakeholders.
- Take ownership of creating new and revamping existing dashboards, primarily using Google Sheets, to improve the team's data visibility and decision-making process.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to understand challenges, offering data-driven solutions and learning from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow.
- Be obsessed with our KPIs, constantly seeking new ways to improve our operations through sharp and logical analysis.
Work with global and regional teams to coordinate and execute projects to reach your goals
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- A degree, or currently studying, in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, Economics, Finance, or a similar analytical field.
- No professional experience is required, but a hunger to learn and a hands-on attitude are essential.
- A logical and data-driven mindset with strong comfort in handling and analyzing datasets.
- Advance level in Excel/Gsheet is a requirement.
- Knowledge of SQL, Google Apps Script and other programming languages is preferable, as they will be some of the main tools used
- Excellent critical thinking and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Based in Lisbon.
