YOUR MISSION
Join us as a Partner Operations Analyst and become a key member of Glovo's local operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.
THE JOURNEY
- Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics to the country Partner operation manager
- Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating in the country
- Bring important insights from the local operations (partners, customers and glovers) and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient
- Collect mandatory information to analyze Partner issues
- Develop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to Partners
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved
- Proactive Issue Management: Stay vigilant and proactive in identifying any potential delays or issues that might arise. Timely alert the Partner Operations Team and collaborate on swift solutions to uphold the efficiency of our partnerships.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
- High level of ownership: independent and not afraid to take responsibility
- Data-driven mindset: KPI, OKR are not just letters for you
- Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big!
- Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency
- SQL
- Jira/Confluence
- Looker is a plus
- Professional English as well as local language
