YOUR MISSION
As a Account Manager Intern, you will deal directly with Glovo partners by helping them with their needs and providing brief performance improvement training.
This individual will be highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify problems and to offer the best experience to our partners. A communicative personality with a drive to take care of others’ wellbeing is essential!
THE JOURNEY
- Create and manage a good relationship with partners: maintaining a good relationship with partners is essential for the Partnership success
- Track partner KPIs: this person will be responsible for analysing partner performance and contacting them via email and phone in search of improvements in the partner experience and, consequently, partner growth.
- Solve problems: we are looking for someone who can identify the source of possible problems affecting partners and can make the necessary arrangements to fix them and/or propose new solutions.
- Deal with different issues related to the maintenance and management of partners: this implies having contact with different teams and tools, providing support excellence to partners and stakeholders.
- Applying and identifying improvements in processes: critical thinking and creativity towards tools and processes is a must have.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact
- Familiarity with partner support processes and tools
- Highly organized, responsible and self-motivated
- Curiosity and a problem solving mindset
- Commitment to work with deadlines
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related field
- Previous experience with Google Sheets/Excel (must), Kustomer (plus), Salesforce (plus), Looker (plus)
- Languages: English and Portuguese are a must
