Joining the Engineering team means you will be responsible for building the best payment customer experience from payment pages perspective and improving the offering of amount of payment options on brands and markets that we operate within. •   Build a high performing team with the right mix of skills and knowledge through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and continuous improvement.  
•   Be an active member of the team, your time would be split 50/50 (on average) between team leadership activities and technical work.

• Development background in building highly scalable, containerized services and applications 
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, messaging systems (Rabbit MQ) and in-memory databases (Redis, MS SQL), familiarity with modern web technology (Angular, JavaScript, Typescript) 
• Deep understanding and natural tendency to lean agile principles and practices for product development
• Demonstrated ability to build on complex software systems and deliver solutions for business in timely manner
• Skills to lead teams effectively, motivate, direct and coach staff 
• Very Good level of English
