Payroll and People Operations Partner

The roleWe're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People and Payroll Operations Partner to join our team in Riga. We need someone with strong Latvian payroll expertise, however experience in our other payrolls would be beneficial. In this role, you will need to be self-reliant and dependable when completing tasks around our global payroll and benefits You will also have the possibility to work on exciting projects and demonstrate strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement.

- Overseeing global payroll operations and benefits administration, including coordination with internal stakeholders, and external providers, and handling employee queries.
- Delivering insightful analysis by skillfully handling data, helping work better and making smarter decisions.
- Leading initiatives for process improvements and identifying process gaps, while designing effective solutions.
- Continually refreshing our internal procedures and guides, ensuring they are crystal clear and user-friendly, making your work life smoother and more enjoyable.
- Having a passion for technology and an aptitude for creative problem-solving, and seeking innovative solutions.
What excites us:
- Extensive technical knowledge of payroll procedures in Latvia, including time and attendance.
- Knowledge of international payrolls (UK, Australia, France, US) is a plus.
- A proven track record in initiating and implementing process improvements.
- A history of owning projects focused on enhancing operational procedures.
- Experience in People Operations and Benefits management.
- Experience in thriving within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional data manipulation skills, able to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Ability to work independently and ensure the accuracy of information before entering it into systems.
- Experience in working with outsourced payroll models and managing third-party vendors for global payrolls.
- French language proficiency is a plus.

Salary range: €1900 - €2550 (gross)
